An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in the heart of Norfolk. Proudly independent since 1990, this practice has built an excellent local reputation and a loyal client base. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an in-house laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, dentistry suite, a fully equipped operating theatre, and more.

This is a perfect opportunity for a vet looking for the next step in their career. As the new Head Vet, you will take on a leadership role, mentoring and developing a friendly, close-knit team, and implementing ongoing improvements to ensure the practice continues to thrive. With full autonomy over clinical decisions, you will lead vet meetings, manage clinical audits, and have the flexibility to arrange a schedule that works for you, with a mix of ops and consult days. You’ll have the support of a Practice Manager to handle all admin, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Located in a beautiful market town close to the stunning North Norfolk coast and just a short drive from Norwich, the practice offers an outstanding work-life balance with no out-of-hours or on-call commitments. The team takes pride in offering 15-minute consultations, ensuring the best care for every patient. The Rota:

• Full time position
