About the role
This school is seeking a dedicated and proactive School Premises Officer to oversee the management and upkeep of our school facilities and grounds. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our premises, contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the security and safety of the school premises, including daily opening and locking procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and address minor repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the school site.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialised tasks.
- Manage health and safety compliance, maintaining detailed records.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or unforeseen incidents.
