The Benslow Care Home Group was formulated in 1982 as a family run business built by Susan and Stephen McQuinn. Specilaising in dementia care, Benslow Nursing Home was introduced to offer nursing home services for older people in the beautiful area of Hitchin. We are now looking for a Care Assistant to join this home in providing care, empathy and compassion whilst delivery person centred care.

What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Hours of Work:38.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 08:00 - 14:00

• Engaging the residents with meaningful activities
• Assisting with meals
• Supporting our residents to engage with their friends and families
• Personal care
• Any other duties delegated
