About the Company
Regent Home Care is seeking passionate Overnight Care Workers to join their team. We are a small, family-run care company looking for carers to help care for service users in the Watford and Three Rivers areas. We have been providing our services to the community since 2008 and take great pride in our work for the community we consider home. Our Service focuses on Elder, Adult disability and Adult Autism care, but also see people for a variety of other reasons.
We are currently looking to create a small team of carers to do a sleeping night service, the hours are from 10pm to 9am and will be at a single site meaning no traveling between visits will be required.
Due to the nature of this role we are unable to give contracted hours however we can give up to 5 nights a week.

What does this Sleeping Night Carer job involve?
Hours of Work:Up to 55 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 22:00 - 09:00 (Up to 5 Days Per Week).
This position is to be an overnight carer for sleeping nights - meaning that once you have assisted the service user to bed you can go to sleep, as long as you wake up when you are called for assistance in the night.
Tasks that are required are:
• Assisting the service user into and out of bed.
• Assisting with showering and getting ready for the day in the morning.
• Assisting too and from the toilet in the night.
Am I the right person for this Sleeping Night Carer job?
Our Recruitment is focused on people who have the right attitude. Proactive and respectful towards those we care for. We can and will train you how to do the specific tasks but that attitude is fundamental to a good career!
Other than that, our only requirements are:
• The right to work in the UK
• No criminal record (an enhanced DBS check will be carried out if your application is successful).
