My client, a well-established and expanding estate agency, is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Sales and Lettings Negotiator to cover several key offices across the Essex and Suffolk region, including Chelmsford, Kelvedon, Colchester, Sudbury, and Frinton-on-Sea.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives on independence, and has a passion for property. The role will involve working across both residential sales and lettings, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for ambitious professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings for both sales and lettings
* Travel between offices based on business needs
* Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
* Keep CRM systems up to date and maintain accurate documentation
* Deliver outstanding customer service across all locations
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in estate agency (sales or lettings) preferred
* Confident, personable, and proactive
* Comfortable working independently across multiple branches
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Local knowledge of the Essex/Suffolk property market is a plus
* Must hold a full UK driving licence
Benefits Include:
* 24-26k basic + commission OTE of 30k in first year
