Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE: To ensure that all supplier & customer orders are processed as detailed in the companies Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instructions (WI), ensuring communication between all relevant departments in relation to any relevant matters.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Ensuring sage & the batch list is updated to reflect the current stock status.
2. Checking in supplier deliveries using company documentation & procedures.
3. Picking & despatching customer orders as per company procedures.
4. Ensuring all quality events for your area of responsibility are documented & reported to your line manager.
5. Assisting in the temperature monitoring of customer & supplier deliveries.
6. Ensure warehouse & fridge temperatures are maintained.
7. Liaising with the warehouse supervisor any requests for information & assisting in gathering of information in relation to product recalls.
8. Utilise the trax2d verification & FM Verify aggregation system.
9. Reporting to the warehouse supervisor any suspected falsified medicines.
10. Ensuring any training delivered to you is recorded.
11. Liaise with customers for any specific delivery & / or packing requirements.
12. Assisting the warehouse supervisor in any verification & qualification activities.
13. Ensuring the warehouse & associated areas are clean & tidy.
