This is a very rewarding role supporting a sociable young lady with learning disabilities and autism. Support with activities in the evening, assisting with getting ready for bed and supervision until asleep. You must be prepared to provide support during the night when required.
Week 1:
Sunday, 6.00pm - Monday, 8.30am
Monday 4.30pm - Tuesday, 8.30am
Wednesday 3.30pm - Thursday, 8.30am
Week 2:
Sunday, 7.00pm - Monday, 8.30am
Monday 4.30pm - Tuesday, 8.30am
Wednesday 3.30pm - Thursday, 8.30am
Friday 3.30pm - 7.00pm
You will need:
Experience in providing high quality and responsive support for young adults with additional needs, including autism. Good listening and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, we live in a rural area close to the A1.
You must be able to keep up with an active young lady.
Female applicants only as some personal care: Full-time, £16.63 per hour. 5.6 weeks holiday pro-rata.
