● Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and child protection legislation.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Organised, compassionate, and committed to equity and inclusion.
Desirable:
● Safeguarding Level 3 trained (or willingness to train).
● Experience in pastoral or attendance roles.
