What the school offers its staff
This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to be part of the school’s specialist provision which is opening in September 2025.
Our specialist provision is for EYFS and KS1 pupils who have an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) with wide-ranging complex needs.
You will work closely with the staff team at Wells Hall under the direction of the Lead Teacher, providing personalised support for pupils with significant special needs require to flourish. We are committed to a joined-up approach to support the children in our academies and beyond, providing high quality tailored specialist provision and supporting their families. Our schools work in close partnership and share the same inclusive philosophy, where every child is a valued member of the school community.
