We are currently seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a highly reputable and beautifully designed care home, providing top-tier nursing, residential, and dementia care. If you're an experienced and compassionate nurse looking for a day shift role in a supportive and well-run care setting, this is the opportunity for you.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care during day shifts. You’ll support residents with complex needs including dementia and age-related conditions, working as part of a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
- Experience in elderly care, dementia, or mental health is advantageous
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Passionate about delivering safe, dignified, and person-centred care
- Able to work independently and as part of a team during day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs
- Administering medications safely and in line with NMC guidelines
- Collaborating with care teams and healthcare professionals
- Leading care assistants and promoting best practices in care delivery
- Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing emotional support to residents and families
