Grade H £37,035 - £40,476 per annum + Essential Car User Allowance up to £963 pa (dependant on engine size)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time.

Role specifics Social Work Qualified and Registered with SWE. You must hold a full, current and valid driving licence and a vehicle with a current valid MOT certificate. You will also need adequate vehicle insurance cover to comply with the council’s requirements, in line with the Travel Costs Reimbursement Policy.

The Role

Bolton is now ready to recruit newly qualified social workers. We would love you to join us on 24th June 2025 where you will meet our DCS, Assistant Director, Heads of Service and our team managers. We have roles predominantly in our Safeguarding, Looked After Children and Referral & Assessment Teams although other roles may become available. Come and hear about them, meet the managers and then if you are successful choose what’s right for you.
