Brand Manager at Biotiful Gut Health
Full-Time Permanent

Biotiful are responsible for creating and pioneering the Kefir category in the UK, from zero in 2012 to over £100m today, and are the driving force behind Kefir being the fastest growing sub-category within Dairy.
Biotiful is the number 1 Kefir brand in the UK and the 8th largest Yogurt brand overall in the UK.
This growth has been fueled by Biotiful’s relentless focus on innovation as they strive to make natural Gut Health accessible to all. The brand has expanded beyond its range of core drinks to include Kefir Yogurts and Kefir Protein. As a result, Biotiful is sold in all major UK grocers, in OOH channels and is expanding internationally, with leading retailer listings in France, Benelux and the Middle East.
With strong momentum, big ambitions, and a passionate team, we’re building something special—and we’re looking for a self-starter and team player who takes ownership, sweats the details, and cares deeply about making their work count.
To propel us on our journey we are looking for an established Brand Manager who shares our passion for health and wellbeing and is ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in the shaping the future of the brand as we increase our UK and International expansion.
Roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Brand Leadership
- Act as the Biotiful brand guardian ensuring consistency of the brand at all touch points internally and externally
- Analysis of brand performance to feed into marketing planning and commercial execution
- Ensure all brand tools are available and up to date for use internally or by external partners i.e. tone of voice, brand guidelines.
- Innovation
- Illustrate strong project management skills taking marketing ownership of innovation from ideation to in-market launch: responsible for concept validation, leading the packaging design through to supporting the Shopper Marketing Manager and the Sales team for a successful launch
- Work collaboratively with Insights and Product teams
- Events
- Support activation of brand events for B2C with a sizable budget and B2B ensuring alignment with brand values and strategy
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams internally and external agencies
- Category Leadership
- Identify and work with professional Key Opinion Leaders to leverage the science behind Kefir
- Own brand partnership relationships and leverage them as a key awareness and consideration driver
- Lead awards and trade PR opportunities to continue to maintain our category leadership
What you will need to succeed:
- 4-6 years business experience, ideally in both FMCGs and SMEs
- An ambitious self-starter, high energy, gutsy
- Proven success record of delivering results in SMEs
- Passion for healthy food
- Thrives under pressure in fast paced environments
- Strong Project management skills and attention to detail
- Able to work well cross-functionally internally and externally
- Effective management of 3rd party agencies
- Great written and oral communication skills for content writing
