Crynodeb
They will liaise with other oncology and orthopaedic centres to ensure a smooth pathway for these patients. They will co-ordinate the care between chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery. They will liaise with the Community Nursing team. They will provide support and information for patients undergoing investigations for a likely cancer diagnosis. They will act as support for patients when in hospital having surgical procedures. Support patients and families when coming to Outpatient appointments.
