Crynodeb
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant to join the Childrens Community Nursing Team. This is a permanent position for Band 3 working 37.5 hours. The HCA's in the CCNT cover Monday to Fridays hours 0830-1630. The opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic and child focused person to join the Childrens Community Nursing Team as a part time Health Care Assistant. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting children and families. The successful applicant will assist the qualified nursing staff within the Childrens Community Nursing Team to provide care and support to infants, children and young people up to 18 years in their own homes or other community settings. You will work autonomously in the community following training, within the level of competence for the post to deliver agreed plans of care. There will be opportunities to progress professionally supported by training and learning opportunities. Please indicate within your application whether you have a clean driving licence. Previous experience of children with special needs or healthcare an advantage. You will be required to complete all training relevant to the role.
