Crynodeb
To work clinically within the Outpatient Department, overseeing the day to day running of clinics. To manage the recruitment, training and supervision of nursing staff within the Outpatient Department. To manage staff attendance, performance and development. To manage the allocated budget for the department, ensuring that no new expenditure is incurred without prior agreement with the manager and Directorate accountants. Manage the allocation of rooms for clinics within Outpatients liaising with Service Managers and Consultant staff. Manage the provision of staff and equipment to clinics, ensuring efficient use of available resource. Contribute to the overall service improvement and day to day management within the trust.
