One to One Teaching AssistantWe are looking for a One to One Teaching Assistant to join us as soon as possible to support a pupil.Salary: S3 point 1, pro-rata salary £16,901 (FTE £23,576)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week, 08:50 – 15:20 with 30 minute lunch break / 39 weeks per year, term time onlyDo you have…Passion, drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile to make a real difference to the lives of all our pupils with special educational needs and disabilitiesThe ability to work as a co-operative and flexible team memberSelf-motivation and high expectations of yourself and othersExcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and engage pupils that face daily challenges and barriers to learningExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsIf so, we want you!Our school is a happy place with increasing numbers. Our current PAN is 190 with 20 pupils in Post 16. We have high expectations for our pupils and are committed to collaborative working in order to achieve the best possible outcomes and to maximise their opportunities. We believe that children who enjoy their education will engage with learning. Every child at Woodfield is unique and with the right interventions and support, all young people can achieve.
