Our client are a market leader as an industrial services provider, they work with some of the world’s biggest companies and have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background across warranty and ideally within automotive manufacturing.
Responsibilities – Warranty Dispatch Coordinator
• Daily operational process flow to achieve internal and customer set KPIs.
• Process supplier returns, ensuring all relevant parties are updated.
• Facilitate despatch process
• Facilitate no part allocation process
• Facilitate close pallet process
• Answer and/or direct all incoming emails arriving to personal inbox and dispatch inbox
• Facilitate processing of scrap material and segregation
Qualification/Experience – Warranty Dispatch Coordinator
• Previous administration experience
• Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyse and understand a varied range of data in different formats
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
• Ability to manage and deliver operational processes and key work streams to meet strategic objectives and drive efficiencies
• History of working to deadlines, delivering management information and reports to strict schedules
