Summary
We are supporting in the recruitment for a PA for an 89-year-old woman in Newburgh who is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Assistant to support her day-to-day living. Despite limited mobility, she values her independence and wants someone who will listen, respect her choices, and provide essential support in her home.
Your role will include personal care (bathing, moisturising, dressing), meal preparation, helping with hot drinks, and light housekeeping. She’s sociable and appreciates a good sense of humour, but above all, she wants someone who understands the value of maintaining her autonomy.
Ideal qualities include:
Previous experience in personal care (preferred)
PVG Membership (or willingness to join)
Reliability and a warm, respectful attitude
A genuine interest in supporting older adults
