Day Rate: £150 - 220, dependant on experience
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
We're working with a vibrant, inclusive primary school in Aston, Birmingham, that's looking to welcome a dedicated Teacher with a passion for supporting children with complex needs. Whether you're an experienced SEN teacher or an ECT with a relevant specialism, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a well-supported, purpose-built setting.
The school's on-site resource base provides tailored support for a small group of pupils with complex learning needs. You'll play a key role in the daily running of the base, working alongside a committed team of TAs and support staff to deliver a nurturing, structured and inclusive environment.
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading teaching and learning within the resource base
- Planning and delivering personalised, engaging lessons for pupils with complex SEN
- Working closely with experienced TAs to ensure consistency and care
- Managing EHCP outcomes and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with external professionals and families to support progress
We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or ECT) with an SEN specialism or strong SEN experience
- Knowledge of complex needs including ASD, communication and sensory needs
- A calm, proactive, and team-focused approach
- Confidence in using visuals, structured routines and adaptive teaching
