We are seeking a patient and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Rugby (CV22), supporting pupils across Year 3 and Year 4 with a range of special educational needs.
This is a full-time role working closely with pupils who have EHCPs in place, including those with SEMH, ASD, communication difficulties, and learning delays. The successful candidate will provide nurturing, consistent support and may work 1:1 or within small groups depending on need.
The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:

Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
