Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer with a background in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems? We're looking for a versatile, multi-skilled professional to join our client's static maintenance team in Stockton-on-Tees. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, this could be your next great opportunity.

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs across various systems.
  • Maintain documentation and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3).
  • Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience (including HVAC and plumbing knowledge).
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
