We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals to undertake the role of Joiners within our Property Services team. There is one role available within our Empty Homes team based at Byker working in the Newcastle and North Tyneside area and one within our Responsive Repairs teamlocated in theChester-le-Street and working in the surrounding area.

The roleshave become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
About you
We are looking for multi-skilled Joiners to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent Empty Homesand Responsive Repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised joinery trade apprenticeship and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of joinery works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience and practical knowledge of carrying out multi-skilled works in other trades such as Plumbing, Plastering and Tiling works.
Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
