Example Weekly Earnings (30 hours):

Total = Up to £445/week – over £23,100 a year*

Your Role as a Support Worker:As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver person-centred care and support, helping people achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Your day-to-day may include:

Supporting with personal care and emotional wellbeing

Creating and reviewing individualised Support Plans
-
Assisting with community activities and promoting social inclusion
-
Encouraging independent living and positive routines
-
Monitoring progress, keeping accurate records, and reporting concerns
-
Using a Positive Behaviour Support approach
You’ll be working with people recovering from illness, living with disabilities, or needing some extra help – and your support will make a real difference.
