You’ll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and preparing our portable accommodation units, ensuring they meet the highest standards and are ready for customer hire.
About the Role:
As a Cabin Fitter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our accommodation units — from setup and refurbishment to repair and demobilisation. Working closely with our operations and customer teams, you will ensure cabins are safe, functional, and customer-ready.

Service and prepare cabins for hire, including painting, plumbing, joinery, welding, and electrical checks.
Check stock availability and ensure all materials and equipment are prepared for upcoming hires.
Carry out installations and demobilisations as required.
Health & Safety and Quality Compliance
Follow all Health and Safety regulations, conducting safety checks and maintaining safe working practices.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
Teamwork & Customer Service:
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
Support and promote excellent customer service and uphold company values.
What Will Make You a Great Fit:
Previous experience in a similar role involving accommodation fitting, maintenance, or related duties.
Basic joinery and plumbing skills are essential
Ability to perform a range of tasks to a high standard, often under time pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Effective team player who works well with others
A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
