  • Calm, team-oriented and reliable with strong communication skills.
  • Organised and flexible with a hands-on, supportive attitude.

Why Join This Service?

  • Alternate weekends off – encouraging work/life balance

  • Opportunities for progression in a respected, resident-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in preparing fresh, high-quality meals that meet a wide range of dietary needs and personal preferences.
  • Create dishes suitable for specialist diets, including allergies, intolerances, and modified food textures (IDDSI).
  • Contribute to menu planning and food presentation, bringing creativity and care to every dish.
  • Ensure food is prepared, cooked and served in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with care staff to understand and meet residents’ nutritional requirements.
