We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and forward-thinking pharmacist to lead the PCN Pharmacy team. We welcome applicants with GP experience. If you have the right skills and qualities, we can provide on-going support to develop professionally. Managerial experience, successful change management and delivering education and training is essential.
The clinical pharmacy role within primary care can pro-actively help patients stay safe and well and out of hospital, as well as helping reduce the demands on general practice. The role supports patients to get the best outcomes from their medicines by identifying and addressing medicines related issues, whilstconsidering both public health and social care needs. You will work across a PCN, providing clinical leadership on medicines safety and quality improvement projects.As the PCN Lead Pharmacist you will have managerial responsibilities forboth professional development and line management.A
