About This Role
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Locum Consultant ENT Surgeon to join our well-established, dynamic team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to develop and lead a comprehensive benign head and neck and diagnostic ENT service while being part of a forward-thinking department that delivers high-quality surgery to sub-specialty levels.

While your primary focus will be developing and leading our benign head and neck and diagnostic ENT service, you'll be supported by Southampton's specialist head and neck team, giving you the best of both worlds – clinical leadership with expert backup.
Educational Impact: Engage actively in our renowned training programmes, including:
• Comprehensive ENT workshops for other specialties
• The prestigious Wessex Sinus Surgery Course
• MAST Paediatric Airway Course
1. Develop and maintain good working practices within wards, outpatients and A&E
2. Collaborate and promote close working links with colleagues in tertiary centres, community services and primary care
3. Offer support and leadership to junior medical colleagues, nursing colleagues and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
4. Work with colleagues to provide a consultant-led service with the highest standard of care
5. Work with the multi-professional team to develop care pathways and clinical guidelines
