Summary
We have an amazing opportunity for you to work as a full-time Warehouse Picker to join our hardworking and welcoming team in Livingston, EH54 5DL. You will be part of a dedicated logistics team providing innovative and first-class solutions!
*This is an ongoing opportunity and will not be for a limited period*
Your pay rate as a Warehouse Picker is:
- Day Rate = £12.21p/h
- An additional £3.14 for the hours worked between 06:00 and 07:00
- An additional £1.72 for the hours worked between 16:00 and 18:00
- An additional £2.47 for the hours worked between 18:00 and 22:00
- An additional £3.14 for the hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00
- An additional £1.13 per hour for working in the freezer
- An overtime rate of £18.32 per hour (paid after 37.5 hours)
- A fantastic KPI performance related bonus!
What hours will you work as a Warehouse Picker?
- You will be working 37.5hrs per week, on an 'any 5 from 7' pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 06:00 or 08:00 to 17:00.
- You will be able to pick a shift and stay on that shift, depending on your availability.
Your role as a Warehouse Picker:
- Our Warehouse Pickers work in any area of our warehouse from ambient, to chilled, to frozen - this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain
- Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP's
- Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
As a Warehouse Picker you will also have access to:
- Regular temp to perm conversions after 12 weeks
- LLOP training and certification will be provided - no experience needed
- Subsidised Onsite canteen providing hot and cold food
- Guaranteed hours + overtime availability
