Fixed Shifts on rotation
Mileage allowance - 0.25p per mile
Bank Holiday premium - £19.43 per hour
Christmas premium - £25.90 per hour
Management development budget and training
Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor junior care staff
Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance
Support staff development and training
Manage complex care packages
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management
Cover on-call responsibilities as needed
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of senior care experience
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making
Excellent communication with families and professionals
Problem-solving abilities and initiative
Management potential and ambition
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 qualification is preferred
Supervisory/team leader experience
Outstanding care standards and knowledge
Professional communication skills
Clean driving licence and flexibility
Available for occasional on-call duties
