Job Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and adaptable Personal Assistant (PA) to support a dynamic and busy CEO. This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a varied workload across both professional and occasional personal tasks. With flexibility around working hours and location, this is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, self-sufficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, calls, and events.
• Coordinate national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries.
• Handle confidential communication, including email and phone correspondence, with tact and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing documents.
• Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
• Support with personal administration and tasks where required (e.g., appointments, events, reservations).
• Track key deadlines, project milestones, and follow-ups.
• Process expenses, invoices, and support with budget tracking or light financial admin.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently with minimal direction.
• Flexible with working hours to accommodate changing business needs.
