We are looking for a full-time Service Information & Promotion Coordinator (SIPC) to join our Derbyshire Low Level Support Service team.

You will be providing a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of the service through effective communication, reporting and strategic promotion.
The primary aim of the role will be collating data, supporting development / reporting, sharing data and updates between delivery partners. They will also promote and raise awareness at a county level of the service to develop and expand networks, organise group and promotional events/activities; updating and maintaining the accuracy of associated software and databases.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
• Can complete tasks to the highest quality
• Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
• Is experienced in working with a diverse range of people and providing a welcoming environment for clients
• Has an understanding of the issues affecting society and their implications for clients and service provision
• Is in possession of a full driving licence and use of a car, or otherwise able to fulfil the travel requirements necessary
Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate to enable them to carry out their role
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
• To maintain confidentiality, use discretion, and exercise sound judgment in all areas of responsibility.
• To disseminate information effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• To promote services and initiatives through various channels.
• To manage and execute digital marketing activities.
• To foster collaboration with internal and external partners.
• To prepare and submit comprehensive reports and manage administrative tasks.

The essentials
• Salary: £24,850 - £26,203
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Hybrid Working –a few days per week from one of our offices, a few days from home depending on service needs.
• Contract: fixed-term until March 2027 with possible extension depending on funding
