Crynodeb

Experienced skilled mature female personal assistant (PA) required for an individual who has high functioning Autism, associated anxiety disorder and physical health issues. He is married and has a young child, alongside his Wife’s child, who live with them. Family life is important to him. He also has an “Autism Trained Aid Dog”, who assists him. His mobility is greatly affected by his physical condition. He feels very isolated due to his physical difficulties and his house environment which is a barrier. He is keen to start considering and planning for community access and activities again; and to have time away from the house. He requires someone who is sensitive, calm, fair and understanding; also who has a good sense of humour. The PA to be creative in assisting him to access community activities again, at his pace. He needs the PA to be experienced and trained in Autism. The PA to meet his existing PA to learn about his needs and support, and the right approaches to use. He has four hours a week. £12.21 per hour
