Crynodeb
I am working with an established, growing Social Housing Contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Manager due to an increase in workload. They have recently been awarded a new contract and are therefore looking to recruit an additional Site Manager to work on this new contract.
The company are looking for a Site Manager to run a wet room adaptation scheme. They are recruiting for a Site Manager with a trade background and a great eye for detail.
Experience in managing Social Housing or Disabled Adaptation schemes is advantageous.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the site, with occasional visits from the Contracts Manager. Your duties will be:
- Managing a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors and Tenant Liaison Officer, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
- Monitoring health and safety on site
- Attending progress meetings, client meetings
- Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
You must have a trade background and hold SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid. The salary is up to £40k plus van and fuel card, or car allowance.
