Senior Business Intelligence Developer
An exciting and innovative development opportunity has arisen within the Information Department based at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS FT which is committed to developing its information capability to help support effective decision making.
The post of the Senior Business Intelligence Developer is pivotal to supporting the Trust-wide strategic Data Warehouse and reporting/dashboard solutions in Microsoft Power BI. Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence and working alongside other Developers you will play a key role in developing, maintaining and extending the current dashboards and self-service reports to meet the detailed and varied information and reporting needs of the organisation.
In addition to being an excellent SQL and report developer, you will need to have adequate technical skills, particularly in SSRS, Microsoft Power BI and Python, with desirable skills in Power Platform and SharePoint gained through working in a data management and information delivery environment. You will possess excellent communication skills and ensure tasks are delivered on time. Be proactive and innovative in your approach to problem solving and deliver tailored solutions.
