We're working in close partnership with a fantastic Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" Primary School in Bordesley Green, seeking a committed and caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Reception class from September 2025.

  Your Role:

  You’ll be working closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning and development during this key foundation stage. This is a rewarding position where you’ll help nurture young minds at a crucial stage in their educational journey.

  ✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an EYFS setting

    
    

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

    
    

  • SEND experience is highly desirable

    
    

  • A proactive, patient, and kind-natured individual

    
    

  • A genuine passion for supporting young children’s growth and development

    
    

  • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
