Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Otterburn Area

Start Date: Approximately July 2025

Rate: £28-£30 per hour

Randstad are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Temporary Site Manager to oversee exciting projects in the Otterburn area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team on a temporary basis, contributing to key agricultural, groundworks, and new building developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all site activities, including supervising groundworks, agricultural structures, and new building construction.
  • Managing site personnel and subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
  • Maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing site logistics and materials.
  • Reporting on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly within agricultural, groundworks, or new build projects.
  • Essential: Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to health and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
