About the Role
Are you a newly qualified or soon-to-qualify teacher looking to gain classroom experience and build confidence? Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools in Doncaster to recruit enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for supply teaching roles starting in September.

Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils' learning and wellbeing
- Provide feedback to the class teacher or school leadership

Requirements
- QTS or pending QTS (final-year trainees welcome)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A proactive and adaptable teaching style
- Passion for education and making a difference
- Willingness to travel within Barnsley and surrounding areas
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
