About the Role
- Managing workshop operations and workflow across a busy setup
- Monitoring day-to-day health and safety within the workshop
- Liaising daily with the service department, sales team, and technical staff
- Managing workshop waste, chemicals, and specialist tooling
- Balancing priorities between showroom support and workshop leadership
- Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to customers
About You
- Previous Workshop Controller experience ideal, but not required
- Experience managing teams
- Technically hands-on and IT-savvy
- Excellent communication skills across departments
- Driven, detail-oriented, and confident working under pressure
- Comfortable overseeing workshop performance and team management
- Full UK driving licence required
