Your Role: Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you’ll do more than provide care — you’ll build lasting relationships and empower individuals to live life on their own terms. Your support will help people maintain their independence, stay active in their communities, and feel truly valued.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Visiting clients in their homes to deliver personalised care
• Providing assistance with personal care needs
• Administering medication safely and responsibly
• Supporting individuals with outings and community activities

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent care
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Comfortable around animals – as many of our clients have furry companions
• Strong spoken and written communication skills

• Previous experience in care or home setting support (Domiciliary Care)
• Knowledge or experience in End-of-Life and Palliative Care
• A valid DBS or registered on the update service system

Location: In the Community – working in and around Royal Tunbridge Wells, and surrounding areas in Kent
Pay: £13.00–£16.00 per hour
Shift Options: 12-hour shifts | Day shifts | Night shifts
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (required)
