Rapier Employment Ltd is hiring HGV Class 1 Drivers for a client in Thrapston, Northamptonshire.
Job Details:
- Full-time, temporary
- Shifts: PM, Night
- Days: Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, Sun-Thurs, Weekend work available
- Flexible start times
- Benefits: holiday pay, ongoing work
- Immediate start
Pay Rates:
- PM Shift: £17.94/hr basic, £26.91/hr overtime (Mon-Fri) | £23.32/hr basic, £34.98/hr overtime (Weekends)
- Night Shift: £19.57/hr basic, £29.36/hr overtime (Mon-Fri) | £25.44/hr basic, £38.17/hr overtime (Weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 vehicles to transport goods.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of products.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) license
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience
