Responsibilities
Plan and create innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation and cooking activities while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
Collaborate with management on budget planning and menu pricing strategies.
Monitor food quality and address any issues that may arise during service.
Implement and maintain sanitation practices to ensure a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a relevant culinary role.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to create and adapt recipes with creativity and flair.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong understanding of health and sanitation regulations.
Hours Per Week: 37.00

End Time: 16:00
