Job description
Looking for a Pastry Chef with great experience in Bengali Sweets and pastries to help our 5 years of successful period, and well rated shop, doing always better.
The candidate must have experience in creating excellent and memorable products for all our regular and local customers as for tourists.
Must know how to deal with stock-take and orders and be proactive in suggesting and creating new pastries following the Bangladeshi style.
requisitions or purchases and examines foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality
plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes supervises, organises and instructs kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen
plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils.
