We are offering flexible, weekly paid shifts for experienced Care Assistants in the Heanor area of Derbyshire. You will work early shifts in a luxury care home, joining a warm and dedicated team committed to delivering the highest standard of care. The focus is always on enhancing residents’ quality of life and ensuring their comfort and dignity throughout every shift.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care to both male and female residents, assisting with moving and handling, and following individualised care plans. You will also support with domestic tasks, uphold health and safety standards, and report any concerns or observations to senior staff.

For this role you will need:
- A minimum of 3 months of paid UK work experience within a care home or nursing home
- An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
- Mandatory training certificates dated within the past 12 months,
- A referenceable work history
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This role offers ongoing opportunities for the right candidate
You will be working 06:45 to 14:30 on days between Monday to Sunday
You will be paid £12.35 per hour
