Weekly Pay – Make a Meaningful Impact in Your Community – Derby
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers for immediate start positions at a highly regarded supported living unit in Derby. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 16, helping them build the skills and confidence needed for independent living by the age of 18.
Many of the service users have experienced trauma, so we’re looking for calm, patient, and compassionate individuals who can provide consistent, supportive care. You’ll follow structured care plans to assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and participating in activities outside the home—all while fostering a safe and encouraging environment.

For this role, you must have;
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
- A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
- A passion to make a difference
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This is an ongoing position for work, based around the needs of the service provider
You can choose the number of shifts you would like to work throughout the week. Shift times are 19:00 to 09:00
You will be paid:
£12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri)
£12.50 per hour (Sat-Sun)
