Title: Production Operative / Food Production Operative Immediate starts available!
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join a busy team in the Chichester area. Youll be working in a fast-paced production environment, helping to prepare, package, and quality-check food products to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Applicants must have access to their own transport or live locally due to the location of the role. This role is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities: Operate food production machinery safely and efficiently Prepare, package, and label food products Follow hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements: Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential - full training provided Strong attention to detail Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks Good timekeeping and reliability Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures Hours: 12 hour shifts averaging 38.5 hours per week (day and nights available) starting at 6am/7am on days or 6pm/7pm nights
Pay: £12.24 on days and £13.40 on nights
