Blue Recruitment Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join a dynamic team in London.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
Reconciling bank statements and investigating discrepancies.
Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Managing petty cash and employee expenses.
Handling accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Providing administrative support to the finance team.
Responding to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Performing general office duties as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or finance role.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
AAT qualification or studying towards one.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
