Location: Hybrid – Home-based with regular travel across the North Division and occasional overnight stays.

We are a dynamic and agile private care home operator, managing over 125 individually branded homes across the UK. With a strong ethos of creating the very best environments for our residents, we are proud to offer a newly created role that plays a pivotal part in supporting the commercial success of our North Division.

The Sales & Marketing Support Manager will work across a diverse portfolio of care homes, providing hands-on support in all aspects of sales and marketing. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for care seekers.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role blends strategic thinking with operational delivery and will be instrumental in driving occupancy, visibility, and brand consistency across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the use of our CRM system – including rollout, training, monitoring, and analysis of trends and reporting.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and individual homes to optimise digital channels, social media platforms, and third-party websites.
  • Analyse marketing data, including website performance, Google PPC campaigns, and MI, to drive informed lead generation strategies.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print media.
  • Deliver sales training and support to care homes both online and face-to-face.
  • Write tailored, engaging copy aligned with each home’s unique brand and offering.
  • Create and distribute press releases; secure positive media coverage.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site photo shoots for individual homes.
  • Lead branding efforts for new developments, from concept creation through to pre-opening launch.
  • Organise and manage company events, ensuring clear and engaging communications.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels in partnership with our agencies.
  • Attend regional and divisional meetings to provide updates and insights on sales and marketing activity.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales and marketing management role.
  • Experience in the elderly care sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercially aligned marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and apply insights from data.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach to improving processes and outcomes.
  • Technically capable and experienced in working with external agency partners.
