Crynodeb
The post holder will provide specialised nursing care and Positive Behavioural Support plans for adults and children living within the North Tyneside area who present with complex mental health and or forensic needs . The post holder will support junior staff and also work within the Integrated Community Learning Disability Team ensuring the service continues to provide the highest possible care to the patients we support.
