Got some experience working in a kitchen or housekeeping role? Great! We’ll teach you the rest… You’ll join our a team responsible for our kitchens, laundry and commercial areas within our Hospitality, Hair and Beauty Faculty. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a smooth-running, clean and safe environment for our students, staff and customers. This will include: •Maintaining cleanliness in our kitchens and commercial areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. •Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to support the kitchen team. •Assist with the delivery and storage of supplies. •Handle waste and recycling efficiently and in accordance with health and safety standards. •Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols. •Support general laundry duties for the faculty. We’re looking for someone who is: •Dependable: You can be counted on to show up on time, ready to work, and take pride in your role. •Hardworking: You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, and you enjoy staying active throughout the day. •Detail-Oriented: You take cleanliness and hygiene seriously and always ensure the job is done to the highest standard. •A Team Player: You’ll be working alongside a close-knit team and will need to collaborate effectively, lending a hand wherever needed. •Positive: A can-do attitude is key! You’ll stay upbeat in a busy environment and always strive to improve the service we provide. •Adaptable: The ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during busy times, will make you a perfect fit. 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 36 weeks per year (to be discussed at interview) and we will provide your uniform.
