SEN Teacher - One-to-One Education with Purpose
Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas
Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Specialism: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced educator looking to make a deeper impact? This role offers the chance to work outside the traditional classroom, delivering one-to-one support to students who need a more personalised approach to learning. You'll be helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress-academically and emotionally.
Your Role Will Include

What We're Looking For
